The war began

When the Emperor was slain

By the shogun's man

In the pouring rain

His family would not remain

The shogun took their lives

The earth was stained

Before the people's eyes

A rebellion would rise

Of Those who felt betrayed

I saw treachery with my own eyes

and I joined that very same day

Slowly but surely

Our numbers dwindled

The fire in our eyes

The Prophet was shown that...

A stream of inevitability flows

The splash, regardless of the throw

Will come to a stand still

A scream will echoe

And silence follows it so

It is not a matter of will

We flock and wallow in droves

Tossing rocks into the cove

The end is inevitable

The Prophet rose from the vision panting and heaving...

We cannot change what is…

restless heart

the ardor is the armour shielding my heart from ache

you are my every thought from when i wake to when i rest

veins pulsing, my heart is beating a vigourous impetuosity, without rest

as i envisage the benevolence in your soul and the love we could make

my intramural soul expressions of how i feel for you

words unspoken laying upon the tips of my tounge yearning for proclamation

concealed emotion resting in the light of hope to be set free by…

Moon lit horizon

i saw my worst fears come to be through apparent motion

my emotions were much like corrosion or erosion eating away at rocks in the ocean

my decaying fallen leaves you could surely see but i am not a dying tree

i do not carry the weight of the world, it is the world that carries me

so i stare into the moon lit horizon smiling

because i know the sun will always stay shining

it will return tomorrow shining brighter than before

this is…

I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on ( for the full details.
Have a nice day

Cool. I'm looking forward to hearing your poetry.

Brian and I are both playing, separate sets. I won't be able to get there until around 7:30 or 8 p.m. though, so I guess I'll have to miss the first half.

Zemra is a couple of blocks west of Christie. It's a quick streetcar ride from St. Clair West subway station.
