I know it may be hard to look at yourself in the mirror

Self doubt begins to cloud your mind

Fear seems to be the only friend you can find

Crawl out that window,baby steps will guide you through your comfort zone

You dont have too fake a brave face as you try figure the unknown

Unpaved road ahead has no compass sign just trust within you

Love came with brutal cost and youre happiness and peace  is  overdue

Its okay to cry tears of happiness and too remember you know how to smile

Laugh  a joke even though its been awhile

Its okay to believe in yourself even when you feel like life cup is only half full

Look at yourself in mirror and say I'm brave,I'm strong and  I'm beauiful.
