Periodical Advertisement

My goal was to create a design page periodical for the Bodyworlds Exhibit event that will be advertised in Medical Journal/Magazines.
The process starts off in my sketchbook, beign to draw thumbnails of the advertisement, including roughs of illustration for the imagery and typography of the advertisement, including sketch ideas for medical illustration.
I've chose to use the brain as my main organic part. The brain is perfect for the center of attention, along with the lighting in the back. Creating brain power or something. Next I added the skeletal hands to grab the brain like some horror film. Place the text in the appropriate spots and there you have it.
