A Blanket for a Cold Night

Despite all the pain and agony

of the human journey,

a brilliant star of purpose shines.

Although hidden from the human mind,

a glorious love

is transforming

all the earthly pain

to an incomprehensible destiny

on a glorious domain

though while here we may know it not.

Although I long forgot,

I know this now for a certainty.

We all will awaken

to a glorious destiny

that waits upon each one of humanity,

and so I tell this story true.

This truth is now to me

so comforting .

I pray it may

comfort you.
