Should Smoking Be Banned in the Workplace??why?

Im a none smoker and I have to say nothing irritates me more than Smokers skiving off work to have **** breaks every half an hour( They do at my place of work). Its unfair on none smokers. I think that if smokers want **** breaks they should take them but have the time taken of their lunch hour/other breaks. I think this sounds fair. Plus it may encourage them to give up.
